A ghost representing a Pokémon "hidden" in mist in the Pokémon Tower. Found in the games Pokemon Red/Green/Blue/Yellow, Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen, and Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu! and Let's Go Eevee!
It says "Get out..." It can't be battled or captured.
In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, the Ghost-type Tera Jewel resembles the ghost's sprite.
Additionally, it is one of MissingNo.'s forms in Generation I.
