The official title of the anime in Japan is simply Pocket Monsters, while the international title is Pokemon Journeys: The Series.

Having finally placed at the top of a Pokémon League competition, Ash Ketchum is one step closer to acheiving his dream of becoming a Pokémon Master. Now he and Pikachu focus on seeing the world, traveling with their new friend, rookie Trainer Goh and his partner, Cinderace, whose goal is to fill his Pokédex and eventually catch the Mythical Mew. Can Ash rise through the ranks of the World Coronation Series and meet the Galar Champion and Supreme Monarch Leon in the finals?
