The Zeong in the original Mobile Suit Gundam was an incomplete prototype; Char Aznable took to a space battle despite lacking its legs.

The Perfect Zeong is what the Zeong would have been with extra armament and a pair of legs to aid balance and kick puny enemy mobile suits around with.
