A character having an orifice (vagina, anus, mouth) being penetrated by a penis or other object through a gap too narrow for the character's ass/head to pass through (e.g. fence, iron bars, cage).
Similar to glory hole but the gap is not a simple hole designed to fit a disembodied penis.
