Panical Confusion is an erogevisual novel with game CG by Shiromochi Sakura. The storyline follows a world where magic is kept secret in a village. When a girl in the village, Hanabishi Honoka runs from the village in hopes of seeing the world and living a "normal" life, they send Tsukahara Kenji, another magician to bring her back. When confronting her at school a magic spell goes loose causing an explosion that leads to those affected getting into a variety of "naughty" situations. Honoka and Kenji agreed to work together until they figure out how to lift the spell.
