Part monster, part culinary disaster created by Juri from Blue Archive. It resembles a cross between a purple octopus and a stack of pancakes with green syrup poured over it.
In Pandemic Hazard event story, it was known to be Juri's creation, this culinary abomination is also edible despite the "odd" looking pancake. A huge version also appears in multiple stories.
