A student from and conductor of the Highlander Railway Academy in Blue Archive. Her full name is Tachibana Nozomi.
Both sisters have long green hair with pointy ears and demon tail. Both sister wears the Highlander Railway Academy conductor uniform comprised of tall bluekepi, long-sleeved blue shirt, blue armband, white gloves, a small shoulder bag behind, white pantyhose, and blue shoes. While they look similar at first glance, Nozomi can be differentiated from her twinsisterHikari by her tying her long hair into twintails, wearing short shorts instead of her sister pleated skirt, her armband being on her left arm, and her shoulder bag wrapped around her right shoulder instead. Also, Nozomi's demon tail is arrow-shaped as opposed to Hikari's heart-shaped tail.
She and her sister are often referred to by the fandom as "shupogaki", a portmanteau of the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound a train makes (choo choo) and gaki (brat).
