Nishikiyama is the sworn brother of his childhood friend, Kiryu Kazuma. He has a lively and loyal personality but under the surface, harbors a huge inferiority complex. However, after Kiryuu's imprisonment, he became power-hungry and ambitious which eventually resulted in his betrayal of those once close to him.
