The controller has the same layout as the Famicom controller, but with different colors. Where the Famicom controller has a red body, yellow front plate and all black buttons, the NES gamepad has a grey body, black front plate, and the A and B buttons are red. There are also three grey stripes over the Select and Start buttons.
