A parody character who originates from Dengeki Playstation's column page, "DENGEKI NEPnoKAI". Later she appeared in Shin Jigen Game Neptune VII as a DLC character, where she is depicted as an android clone of Nepgear, except for her face, which permanently has a facial expression resembling the <o>[]<o> emoticon. She has a cheerful and excited personality, but comes off as stiff and artificial. She's known in the localized version as Nepgya.
