A member of the Counters, along with Rapi and Anis, Neon is a simple-minded airhead who adores firepower, thus earning herself the title of "Queen of Firepower."
She is petite with green eyes and long white hair. She wears a white sailor hat and glasses, a sailor uniform over a one-piece swimsuit, and a pleated skirt, thighhighs, and high heel boots. She wields a Kel-tec KSG shotgun named Annihilation.
Strangely, she declares that she is a "spy" to everyone she meets.
