She has pink eyes and flipped pink or light brown medium hair. She wears a pleated brown skirt, black over-kneehighs, a pink neck ribbon, and a black and white collared dress shirt that is tucked in her skirt. She has a cat hood jacket and a pink cat backpack.

As the Ultimate Gamer, she loves video games of all kinds, and playing so many games has given her a wide range of general knowledge. Because of this, you mostly see her holding and playing on a handheld game console. She's often seen playing "Gala Omega," a parody of Galaga, and wears a hair ornament dedicated to the game. When she's not with Hinata Hajime or Komaeda Nagito, she's sometimes seen with Monomi by her side.

Danganronpa 3 reveals her to be based off of an actual Nanami Chiaki, who was part of Class #77-B and was executed by Enoshima Junko to push the rest of the class into despair. Her outfit in this series is a Hope's Peak Academy school uniform. She also wears loafers instead of Mary Janes.

Like other Danganronpa girls, she has an official Playboy bunny outfit. She wears a two-tone white and black leotard, fishnet thighhighs and a rabbit hood with fake rabbit ears.
