Mutsu obtained her second remodel with the 27 February 2019 update.
She obtained a new outfit similar to Nagato before her, the differences (outside of color) being a v-neck instead of a turtleneck and draped half-sleeves + short gloves instead of short sleeves ending in long gloves. Her gear has been upgraded to triple 41cm guns superfiring over twin 41cm guns. Her stats have also been improved, with a stat spread similar to Nagato's own Kai2 and improved luck.
