Third entry in the Musou Orochi series. Localized as Warriors Orochi 4. Features the cast of Shin Sangoku Musou 7 and Sengoku Musou 4-II. Introduces Greek and Roman gods to the series.

Musou Orochi 3 Ultimate adds an additional plot involving Gaia and Hades, and recalls some guest characters from the prior game.
