Moa is a member of the band Plasmagica in the video game Show By Rock!! and a main character in the anime adaptation.
A mysterious, excitable cosmicsheep girl who came from another planet for research. Her music sense is cosmic and the best among the band members. With her personality that says things before thinking, she tends to get involved in trouble with the other band members. Saying "pyuru" is a vocal quirk she has, and she seems to be able to use it as a communication code with her home planet.
