Originally debuting in Dragon Ball Online, Mira appears as a major antagonist in Dragon Ball Xenoverse and Dragon Ball Heroes, with cameos in several other video games in the franchise. He is often seen alongside Towa. He is the father of Fu and is noted to have been made with the DNA of several major characters in the series.
His design was initially drafted by mikidai7, with Toriyama Akira heavily correcting it.
