Another version of Miles Morales, from Earth-42 (as opposed to Miles' Earth-1610). Debuted in Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse.

In his world, a certain radioactive spider was pulled through a portal and disappeared, preventing a Spider-Man from being born. Instead, when multiple supervillains came to rule over New York, he became an antihero vigilante dubbed The Prowler.
