A generative artificial intelligence program and service created and operated by the self-named independent research organization based in San Francisco. Midjourney, like OpenAI's DALL-E and Stability AI's Stable Diffusion, generates images from natural language descriptions called "prompts".
As with any AI-generated tools, Midjourney-created images were forbidden, unless the image was sufficiently altered enough from the original to be qualified as AI-assisted (such as using it simply for the background image).
