Medusa Rider in her Third Ascension outfit from Fate/Grand Order. Her usual short black dress is adapted to include cutouts over the cleavage and on the sides of her abdomen. The dress becomes even shorter and tighter than before, the sides around the thighs are cut out, and purple thigh straps extend from her thigh boots onto the skirt. In Fate/Extella, this is a DLC costume for her, given the name Gorgon Variant.
