One of the main characters in Live A Live and the main protagonist of the Imperial China: The Successor chapter. An old, dying man looking for a successor to keep his Earthen Heart kung fu alive. The Shifu, as the mentor of the successors, acts as the Tang Sanzang of the group.
At the end of the Imperial China chapter, he dies after the successor's battle with Ou Di Wan Lee. Having taught everything he knows to his successor, he succeeds in his final goal.
He is voiced by Ishimaru Hiroya in the 2022 remake.
