Also known as the Mafia, these are standard enemies present in many of Frozen Soul's dreams. Mostly represented as a tall fedora-wearing man, though they come with a variety of hats and weapons.
Used to be present in Forsaken as a skin, until it got redesigned. In that game, it used bunnies as projectiles, which lead to fanart with bunny traits.
