A class of NPC Trainer which was introduced in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

They are an antagonistic variant of League Staff sent to stop the player.

"League Staff" and "Macro Cosmos's" have slightly different designs. The differences include:

• Different animations during battle
• League Staff have orange hair, Macro Cosmos's have grey or silver hair
• League Staff have their jacket's zipped up, Macro Cosmos's jackets are unzipped
• League Staff have yellow/orange tinted sunglasses, while the Macro Cosmos's have black sunglasses
