M&M is an illustrator duo that consisted of Mickey (ミッキー), taking charge of coloring, and Mackey (マッキー), drawing original (line)art.
They were working for the company Atelier Kaguya, a Japanese eroge maker. They mainly draw illustrations for the games of "Team Heartbeat", a sub-division of the company A-Kaguya, between 2001 and 2012. They're now working for Astronauts, another adult game brand.
They were originally a doujin circle that consisted of four people: Mickey, Mackey, E.T and ODE.
