One of the two possible protagonists in Genshin Impact, and the twinsister of Aether. Voiced by Yuuki Aoi in Japanese. If chosen as the player character, she is referred to in-game by the name set by the player or as Traveler by most people in Teyvat. If not chosen as the player character, she is instead the leader of the Abyss Order.
Her name is Lumine in English, Yíng (荧, meaning "luminous") in Chinese and Hotaru (蛍, meaning "firefly") in Japanese. In Teyvat, her true name is only used by her brother. She is often paired with Firefly from Honkai: Star Rail, whose name is also localized as "Hotaru" in Japanese.
