Lost Property 004 is a character from Lost Property Control Organization, a series created by Samidare (hoshi). One of the "lost properties" contained by the titular Organization, he is nicknamed "Mr. Wibblewobble" due to his elongated form. He enjoys collecting rare toys, claims to know about the protagonist's lost memories, and offers items, information, and enhanced abilities in exchange for toys. However, the LPCO asks its members not to accept any deals from 004, implying that doing so may have negative consequences.
