The viewer is being lead somewhere by a character; more often than not by grabbing their wrist and dragging. The character in question may or may not be looking_back, and in some cases can be fully facing the viewer. However, in these cases there should be an intended destination (e.g. through a door), not just the character pulling the viewer towards themselves.
