葛餅 くず餅 久寿餅

A type of Japanese dessert consisting of mochi cakes made from kudzu starch, usually topped with kinako and kuromitsu syrup.

There exists a variety in the Kanto region made with fermented wheat starch that is also called kuzumochi.
