One Piece character. Koby is initially an involuntary meek cabin boy of the Alvida pirates until he was rescued by Monkey D. Luffy at the beginning of his journey.
After the initial encounter, Kobe has joined the Marines and became a disciple of Monkey D. Garp. Eventually becoming the renowed member of the "SWORD" special force unit. Despite now being on the opposing sides, Koby and Luffy is still viewed each other as friends.
