Born at the nursery at Benizuru Academy, Kei is inseparable from Akira. He is a "thoroughbred" who inherited his intellect from his father who is a high goverment official and his dance skills from his mother who was once a member of a music troupe. He is very fastidious and even now, takes time getting used to living with others. In Dankira and even in private, he prefers to make the first move.
