Fate/Grand Order's depiction of Pope Joan, a fictional female pope who, according to a legend from the 13th century, reigned for two years after disguising herself as a male before being forced to resign after giving birth during a procession. She first appeared as an NPC in the Traum chapter before being introduced as a playable Ruler-class servant in the Johanna-san to Mikakunin no Ai event.
She is a member of the Reinstatement Realm in Traum, and falls in love with Constantine XI during the singularity.
