Long running American TV game show. The host gives a clue involving general knowledge trivia and the first contestant to buzz in gets a chance to answer to win money. The clues are divided between 5 dollar amounts in 6 categories (e.g. "Artistic Websites" for $600) and answers must be given in the form of a question. Instead of answering "Danbooru", one would say "What is Danbooru?"
The show ran from 1964 to 1979 hosted by Art Fleming. In 1984 the show was brought back hosted by Alex Trebek until his death in 2020. After some controversy in finding a new host, the current permanent host is Ken Jennings, who became famous for winning several million dollars as a contestant on the show in 2004.
