She has long blonde hair and red eyes. Her default outfit consists of a white shirt with a blue sailor collar, red neckerchief, detached sleeves, red hair bow, blue pleated skirt, black kneehighs, and grey rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of 533 mm quintuple torpedo tubes to her back, a 127 mm single gun mount sling, and 40 mm twin anti-aircraft guns on a thigh strap.
