She has a brother called Zelos.
Soraka invoked healing powers to bind her life's energy to her blades, allowing her to escape an inevitable death in a one-sided battle against Noxus.
As of Patch 8.7, she received a complete rework, with an updated model, new kit, an expanded lore, and a new title.
