A character from the adult visual novel Zenkoku Seifuku Bishōjo Grand Prix produced by the Lyceen company in 1996. She was a contestant in the East Area group of girls. In the final tally of fan votes as noted on in the Bunkasha Official Illustrated Book series 005 showing stills from the game, Kyōko came in first place with 1208 votes.
Kyōko's popularity would see her declared the overall winner of the Grand Prix, allowing her to appear in Volume Six of the series, titled The Grand Final; she would be the only one of the East Area characters to be allowed to do this. She would also appear in future sequels of the series, namely the dating simulation game Find Love: Rhapsody and other games that would attempt to bring the characters to a wider audience.
