Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese submarine I-203. Nicknamed "Fuumii". Character design by Hoshiakari, voiced by Yamada Yuuki.
She has long blue hair with long sidelocks, and blue eyes. Her default outfit consists of a two-piece nontraditional school swimsuit: sleeveless crop top with a white sailor collar and a white neckerchief, and a short dark blue pencil skirt that conceals the lower half of a school swimsuit. She also wears fingerless black elbow gloves and black thigh boots that bear her name.
Her rigging consists of two hull pieces held by straps to her sides, and two 25 mm anti-aircraft guns as handguns.
She made an initial appearance in the May page of the 2021 Kancolle Calendar alongside I-47 before being formally introduced into the game through the 2021 Spring Event.
