This is one of the Foodroids, small robots that appear in Kamen Rider Fourze. It is usually in Food Mode, a standby mode that resembles a milkshake in a disposable cup. By inserting the 17th Astro Switch, the "Flash Switch," it can transform into a penguin-like Roid Mode, emitting flashes of light from its eyes to blind enemies.
