Kakyoin Noriaki's stand, named from The Hierophant (Tarot) card in the Major Arcana. Its ability is to project a number of emeralds which is named as Emerald Splash.

Manifests as a green humanoid that can unravel into a very long elastic membrane. It's capable of moving long distances from Kakyouin without losing power, along with being able to control other people like a marionette.
