A subset of breasts squeezed together where the hands are not utilized in pressing the breasts together, either from the female herself or from another party. There are a variety of scenarios where this is possible.

the female is in the folded position, and her legs are raised so far back that her breasts slip through
a very tight piece of clothing is keeping the breasts together, although this scenario is more ideal for topless females so the squeezing motion can be properly seen
some sort of bondage item such as a piece of string, ribbon, or stationary restraints
no visible sign of anything actually pressing on the breasts, which is in itself impossible due to gravity normally moving the breasts apart
