Armed with a highly accurate beam arquebus and the brand new Blast Boosters for superior mobility and flight capabilities, as well as multiple GUND-Bits that could entrap and destroy enemy units, the Pharact was designed as an all-round machine capable of defeating the all-conquering Aerial - however, as a consequence of utilizing the GUND Format, the feedback damage to its pilot - in this case, Elan Ceres - was considerable, even if the unit was intentionally built to not tolerate higher Permet scores in order to try and prevent further harm.
