The player is a mobile suit pilot member of the P.M.U. (Private Military Union) mercenary group and fights in missions and battles using several different mecha from the Gundam U.C. (Universal Century) era.
Battle Operation 2 was released for Personal Computers and the PlayStation 4 home console in 2018, and was later ported to the PlayStation 5.
