Goshiki Agiri is the main character from Kill Me Baby.
She is a ninja assassin from the same organization as Sonya and uses various stereotypical yet comically bizarre ninja techniques, such as her "having-your-hair-stay-up-even-when-you-are-upside-down" jutsu. She also carries various "ninja tools" and has everything from bazookas to machine guns somehow hidden under her shirt.
