Introduced in Guilty Gear Strive, he is the Secretary of Defense in Guilty Gear's version of the United States of America, and also the first to be in active military duty while serving in the cabinet. He's also the younger brother of the burger-eating Sheriff in Xrd -Sign-.
He fights with a big coffin with an Area 51 label attached to it. Inside, it contains various weaponry and, oddly enough, some party props with a 'Cryptid' contained in it, serving as an aid in combat. While he allegedly carries an alien inside that coffin, he himself doesn’t believe in their existence and calls them Cryptids instead.
