RGM-79D GM Cold Districts Type A specialist variation of the GM Command intended for operation in cold climate situations. The type had more powerful thrusters and beefier communication systems to ensure survival even inside a blizzard, and most units produced carried a new model Machine Gun that had a side-loaded magazine and a grenade launcher.
