銀閣寺
Ginkaku-ji (Silver Pavilion) is a Zen Buddhist temple located in the Higashiyama district of Kyoto.
Despite its name, the pavilion was never covered in silver. The complex also includes several other buildings and a pond garden.
It marks the northern terminus of the Philosopher's Walk.
