As the first product of the Halloween Plan suggested by Gilliam Jaeger and Kai Kitamura to improve existing outdated Gespenst units up to current standards, the Gespenst Type-RV is a heavily overhauled version of Gilliam's old Gespenst Type-R. The PT had been modified down to its frame and had most of its original armor swapped out for newer parts, using latest cutting-edge technology provided by Mao Industries. It is also equipped with an Anti-Beam Field and anti-energy draining countermeasures. A large Flight Unit loaded with a Tesla Drive has been attached to the RV's back, giving it aerial mobility on par with the latest robot models. Overall, the Gespenst Type-RV is active as an aerial long-range sniping unit, providing support fire with its powerful Mega Buster Cannon.
