Fujiwara no Teishi (977–1001) was the first of two Empress consorts of Emperor Ichijou of Japan (一条天皇, 980-1011). She was the daughter of Fujiwara no Michitaka (藤原道隆, 953–995), Ichijou's uncle, making the two first cousins.
She is featured in The Pillow Book, written by her lady-in-waiting, Sei Shounagon.
