A Clow Card from Cardcaptor Sakura. One of the original 19 cards from the manga, capable of flight itself and granting either inanimate objects or living people the ability to fly. Sakura captures it with the Windy card, and she frequently uses Fly through the Fuuin no Tsue to generate wings so she can fly around on the wand.
