Floyd Leech is a second-year student in Twisted Wonderland's Octavinelle dorm. He's Jade's twin but their attitude and speech are totally different. He's kind of unpredictable so it's difficult to know what he's thinking. His unique magic, Bind the Heart, allows him to block an opponent's attacks so they always miss.
Although he and Jade look very similar, Floyd is noted as having "messier" clothing than his twin. His bowtie is undone, his shirt is unbuttoned, and his suit is more wrinkled. He his has heterochromaticyellow eye and his black hair streak on his right side.
Both Leech twins are eel boys from the Coral Sea that use magic to transform into humans. Their mother is Georgina Leech. He is a member of the Basketball Club.
He has a tendency to nickname people after various marine life, such as nicknaming Yuu Koebi-chan (Little Shrimpy). Gained an interest in fashion and shoes in particular after becoming human.
