FC2 is a free video/streaming platform which, in particular, has an FC2/adult section allowing adult content and paid rewards. The latter works pretty much like MyFreeCams: anyone can watch the free part without even having to register, but the performer would mostly often invite the viewers to a paid private room to show the adult content.
