A Jpop song by TRF, released in 1993. It's become the subject of many covers by other Jpop groups and idols.
A cover of the song was used as the second opening theme for the third season of the Pretty Rhythm anime, Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live. The song makes a return in the first King of Prism by Prettyrhythm as a remix sung by Yamato Alexander and Nishina Kazuki.
The King of Prism rendition is known for the distinctive outfit Alexander and Kazuki (and later Kougami Taiga) wear: a skimpy white/black bodysuit with their motif color as neon trim.
